I am also from the same batch ICSE. I think class 10th marks will be considered because even though we did not give the exam, there were some calculations and marks were allotted as per past academic performance, atleast for ICSE, this was the case. Class 12 batch also didn't appear for their boards, but I guess their marks are being taken into consideration.
