Which colleges to target and how to improve my profile

Hey everyone, looking for a profile review — would really appreciate honest feedback from anyone who's been through the process.

Profile snapshot:
- BBA Honours with Research, SCMS Bengaluru (Finance major, 2023–27)
- 10th: 90% | 12th: 72% | UG CGPA: 7.1 (ongoing)
- CFA Level I cleared | FRM Level 1 cleared I CFA L2 Appearing | FMVA certified | Research paper on Gen-Z investment behaviour
- No work ex yet, targeting 1–2 years in finance (AM/equity research) before MBA
- Target schools: IIMC, FMS, IIMK, XLRI (BM), SPJIMR
- Career goal: Asset management / equity research

Main concern is the 12th grade, aware it's a weak point, trying to understand how much damage control CFA progress actually does at each school.

Any inputs from people who've converted calls at IIMC, IIMK, or XLRI with a similar academic profile would be really helpful.
