I was studying 10th in 2021 batch ( Tamil Nadu State Board )and I've not given any marks for 10th board exam / percentage by the TN govt . It has just written pass in my 10th marksheet ,
1.I want to know how do IIMs interpret my 10th marks .
2. I've scored 91.5% in 12th Boards and maintaining around 8.5 CGPA in my bachelors (B.Des) , Is my 10th marks gonna be a problem for me ?
3. How much percentile needed in CAT for BLACKI (NC -OBC candidate) ?

99+ will be enough

Simran answered it correctly. Target 99+ even though you can get in at 98+ in some colleges.
The CAT application form has an option to declare that you got pass certificate rather than being awarded the marks. So no issues there.
