Internships do not count as work experience. You need to an onrolled employee of an organization to count it as work ex. However, since you will be a fresher it is okay to not have work experience, you will miss out the points assigned to it during final profile evaluation of a b-school selection, but don't worry on that as you being a fresher your profile will compete against fresher's profile only.
You should target a 99+% percentile for BLACKI and FMS. For tier-2 IIMs you can target 95+ for non IIMs the percentile lies somewhere between 98-99%ile and more. Hope this helps you.
