How to increases my chances of getting into an IIM?

I'm a Bsc in agriculture graduate with 18 months experience in Rural development sector in a reputed well known NGO (DHAN Foundation) and i have a 9/8/7 profile belonging to OBC NCL category.....So Should I do anything more to enhance my profile too in this time or just a focused preparation in CAT is well enough?

You can take up internships/courses/projects/freelancing alongside to improve your chances. But for shortlists, only CAT prep will matter rn.
