Good Afternoon Ma'am, I am non-engineer general male with 10th-71; 12th-65 ; Grad-76 with 3.5 years of experience in family business so which IIM will call me and in what percentile ma'am. Kindly guide me.

You'll need a high CAT percentile, I'd recommend 99.7+ to get the top calls. Your work-ex will significantly help with some B-schools but for many you'd need a high CAT percentile to compensate.
