Listen bro, i'll be deadass with you...Youve got to change your mindset- you can't decide which bschools should you focus on, instead you should primarily focus on scoring the most you can in CAT...Almost every IIM that dosen't give a major weightage to academics would easly take you in, given your 16 months workex

With a General, Female, 6/6/9 profile and 16 months of work experience, you should target 98.5–99+ percentile to maximize your chances at top B-schools. Your profile is competitive for New IIMs, Baby IIMs, MDI Gurgaon, IIFT, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and SPJIMR (profile-based). For the older IIMs, the 6/6 academics may make calls from some institutes more challenging, so a higher CAT percentile becomes even more important. Aim high, keep sectional percentiles above the cutoffs, and don't neglect your GD-PI-WAT preparation.
