I am general female , I have completed my Bachelor in psychology hons in 2025 I have currently taken a gap year My profile 10/12/grad/ work experience - 6/7/ 7.94 ( i don't know where to count it ) / no I am really interested in persuing my specialization in hrm , I want to know how much 10 /12 gonna affect my calls ?

They will affect the admissions to some extent but your pyschology background will give academic diversity points. I'd still recommend to target 99.2+ for the top ones.
