How much percentile should I target to get into BLACKI, FMS OR IITs

Class 10th - 95% Class 12th- 79.16%(all 6 subject) and 83% (best 5) Undergraduate (B.Sc Physics)- 73.5% I completed my graduation in 2022 after that I started preparing for upsc simultaneously I'm also giving tuition as tutor in xpert tutor. But after 1.5 yrs i have nerve issues in my groin area so I shifted towards management studies. I don't have work experience with a gap year. So how much percentile is good for me.

BSc is treated at par with engineering, so essentially you'd be competiting with them. You'd need a very high CAT percentile tbh, 99.9+ and that too may not get some calls. I am assuming GEM.
