10th 88 percentage,12th 54 percentage, b.com 55 percentage, general male, 3 years work experience, target for fms xlri and iim, which college should I target..if I get 99.99 percentile also..

Your marks may make it difficult to get in and even if you get in please have realistic expectations during placements. FMS is the best shot.
