Need some help to get out of depression

I completed my 10th and 12th with 79% each, and my BSc in 2023 with 71%. After that, I explored different career options, including preparing for government exams, but things did not work out.In 2024, I gave the CAT exam for the first time but did not score well. Due to financial difficulties after losing my father when I was in school, I started working as a teacher in December 2024.Because of the workload, I could not prepare properly and did not appear for CAT 2025. I left the job in October 2025 for personal reasons. Now, to support my family, I am starting to teach again from April 2026 while seriously preparing for CAT 2026. I also want to know whether my work experience will be counted

Hii bro, first of all hats off to you for preparing for cat simultaneously while also working to support your family.... It's really very hard to have work load and also prepare for something as hard as CAT. But since as you have chose a path to do MBA, the very first step is not to get deviate from this... Do not try to change your path now, it's almost 7-8 months for CAT now and I know it will be bit tough but things will be fine as they say "Where there's a will there's a way!"..... Secondly about preparation, you have already attempted so you know what's it actually like to give cat, the pressure, the syllabus and all, so you are already familiar with that and you my friend are gonna crack this CAT in this very attempt.
At last about your question.... Yes had a full time job so your work experience will definitely be counted, and teaching is a great profession (not very corporate tbh) but yes it will help you during interview phase.
All the best!
