Firstly, kudos to you because you have an excellent academic record and I am sure that it will help you get into the top IIMs.
Tbh, GEMs have this disadvantage that due to high competition, they require a higher percentile to get into the same institutes that a non-engineer may get into with a relatively lower percentile. So, to be safe, I would recommend you to target 99.65+ but that doesn't mean you can't get in at a lower percentile, especially if you have some work experience.
Please also note that every IIM has its own criteria. Some may weigh your 10th marks more, while some may weigh your graduation marks more. And not every institute offers diversity points. So, for IIM Ahmedabad at least, target 99.65+ and for B and C, you may be able to get in at 99.3+ but best to target more.
For colleges other than these it will be a cakewalk for you. All the very best ❤️

You have a very strong profile. You can confidently go for any top college. Just score above 99 percentile in CAT
