I have 97% in 10th, 82% in 12th, and a 7 CGPA in BSc Biology (currently in 2nd year, 4th semester). What CAT percentile should I aim for to get into top IIMs?

Bsc is treated at par with engineering in many colleges. If possible push your grad marks above 80%. Assuming GEM, you'll need 99.9+ to get in those that keep it at par with engineering. For rest, 99.3+ should be enough.
