I have 90% in 10th, 68% in 12th, 8.5 cgpa in college. Is this a good profile and what percentile is safe to get calls from atleast the CAP IIMs. I have 0 work experience, and I am a GEM.

For GEMs it is harder but you have a strong profile (barring 12th marks). FMS, IIM L, S are the best shots. Aim 99.5+ I am not saying others aren't possible or you can't get in at a lower score. But they'll need even higher percentile.
