What colleges are practically possible for me??

BLACKI and few top institutes would require 99.5+ or even more in worst case, rest can be targeted practically

Your academics follow a declining pattern. If you want the best colleges then 99.8 or 99.9 percentile will help you...and minimum you should get 95 percentile to be safe.
