Regarding work experience for admissions.

Is more work experience considered a disadvantage in admissions. I currently have 38 months of work ex with L&T, by the time i give the exam it will be 40+ months. Please let me know

No workex is helpful only. I am also working. So I can tell you it helps not harms

It is not really a disadvatange in any way. In my batch at IIM-A, people even had 5 years of work-ex. In some roles, you get an edge. There are lateral placements for those with 2+ years of work-ex. So, don't worry.
