Selection chances into BLACKI/FMS with 9/8/7 GNEM, fresher, UPSC gap years

I want to know the odds of getting into IIM BLACKI/FMS with 9/8/7 GNEM(Hansraj College DU),Arts Humanities background,0 work-ex, distance learning masters in economics,3 gap years due to UPSC, 0 national/state level achievements/extra curriculars, 0 considerable POR, also if somehow i got selected into these how will this profile fair in SIP and final placements, what are the the sectors to target(my preference will be to consulting, finance(although i know they take elite profiles only),operations(though i am a non engineer),marketing, general management), can scoring good throughout MBA course, reaching finals/winning prestigious case comps offset this weak profile, which societies can i be part of so it can be beneficial. Alumni, Seniors please help.
