You're right that internships don't count as work-ex. And college tier also won't matter. Just acads and percentile. You have a great profile. But you're an engineer which makes it harder to get into the top ones. I'd suggest taregting 99.8+ since you don't have work-ex. You can get calls from some at lower too, but this may be safer to target. Ensure your grad % stays above 80.
