what are my chances?

I scored 67% in Class 10 and 80% in Class 12. I completed my graduation in 2023 with a CGPA of 7. After graduation, I started preparing for the Company Secretary (CS) course, which resulted in a three-year gap with no internships or work experience. However, I have now completely put CS aside and am fully focusing on MBA entrance exam preparation. Will I still have a chance of getting into good top colleges? I am not specifically targeting the BLACKI IIMs; apart from them, what are my chances?

For IIMA, IIMB, and IIMC, I'd suggest targeting 99+ percentile to maximize your chances. For other top IIMs like Lucknow, Kozhikode, Indore, Shillong, and newer IIMs, a 97–99 percentile can make you very competitive.

In short: your profile is good, and if you can score 99+ percentile in CAT, you'll have a realistic shot at the top IIMs.
