How is Work-From-Home (WFH) experience evaluated?

Asked by kush on 2026-07-18 in Profile Review

"Hello everyone, I would like to get the community's perspective on how remote work experience is evaluated. Does working from home hold the same weight as traditional in-office experience? Specifically, I would like to know: How do recruiters assess the value of WFH roles? What can candidates do to prove their WFH experience is valid? Are there certain skills or industries where remote experience is viewed differently? Thank you for your insights."
