I have a 3-year gap after my graduation in March 2023. I have a pgdihrm from IGNOU ( JAN 24 TO JUN 2025), And about 1.5 years experience ( dec 2023 to May 2025) as a Sales representative ( as promoter and fashion advisor). one of this job not provided salary slip. Till now i dont have any HR work experience, I'm trying to get in to job. felt it week
