Degree
A recognised bachelor's degree of at least three years in any discipline, engineering and technology included, with at least 50% marks in aggregate (or an equivalent qualification with 50%). Passing the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or of Cost and Works Accountants (of India or England), or of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, also qualifies
Entrance test
CAT 2025, by overall percentile. CMAT 2026 scores are used only if seats remain vacant after counselling on CAT, GGSIPU's own CET 2026 only if seats are still vacant after CMAT, and CUET merit after that. One counselling (programme code 101) fills the MBA, MBA (Financial Analysis) and MBA (Analytics) at USMS together with the MBAs of GGSIPU's affiliated institutes
GGSIPU CET
An offline, OMR-based test scheduled between late April and mid-May 2026: English language and comprehension 30%, numerical ability 30%, general awareness 10%, reasoning including data interpretation 30%; a wrong answer may cost one mark
Region
85% of the sanctioned intake is for Delhi-region candidates, whose qualifying degree is from an institution in Delhi or one affiliated to GGSIPU, and 15% for candidates from outside Delhi
Reserved seats
Delhi region: SC 15%, ST 7.5%, OBC 27%. Outside Delhi: SC 15%, ST 7.5%. Defence and persons with disabilities get 5% each, horizontally, in both regions, and EWS seats follow Government of India and Delhi orders. A Delhi-region SC, ST or OBC claim needs a certificate issued by the Government of NCT of Delhi
Supernumerary seats
One seat for a single girl child and one for an orphaned child in each programme, sports-quota seats, one seat for Kashmiri migrants in each institution, and 25% supernumerary seats for international students in various programmes under a separate brochure. University schools have no management quota
Seat confirmation
An allotted seat is held by paying a part academic fee of ₹96,000 online; the rest of the fee is paid on reporting to the school

There is no group discussion or interview. GGSIPU's online counselling allots seats in order of CAT 2025 overall percentile, by the candidate's choices, region and category. CMAT 2026 scores come in only for seats left after the CAT merit list, then GGSIPU's own CET 2026, then CUET. GGSIPU publishes its allotment cut-offs as ranks in its own merit list, not as percentiles.
