IIFT opens MBA (IB) and MBA (BA) 2027-29 admissions across Delhi, Kolkata, Kakinada and GIFT City
IIFT has notified admissions to MBA (International Business) at four campuses and MBA (Business Analytics) at Delhi. Selection is on CAT 2026 score.
The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade has opened admissions to its MBA (International Business) 2027-29 programme at the Delhi, Kolkata, Kakinada and GIFT City campuses, and to MBA (Business Analytics) 2027-29 at the Delhi campus. The notification was published on the IIFT website on 12 October 2026.
Selection is based on your CAT 2026 score. IIFT will use the CAT 2026 score and other defined parameters for shortlisting, and shortlisted candidates will be called for a second round consisting of Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The GD/PI will be held in physical mode at Delhi, Kolkata, Kakinada, GIFT City, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Indore, Lucknow and Mumbai.
Eligibility is a recognised bachelor's degree of minimum three years in any discipline with at least 50 per cent marks (45 per cent for SC, ST and PWD candidates). Completed professional qualifications such as CA, CS, ICWA/CMA or FIAI with the same minimum marks are also eligible. Final-year students can apply, subject to submitting proof of qualification by 31 October 2027. There is no age limit.
MBA (IB) has 240 seats each at the Delhi and Kolkata campuses and 120 seats each at Kakinada and GIFT City. Reservation follows Government of India norms.
Application fee for MBA (IB) is Rs 3,000 for General, OBC-NCL and EWS candidates and Rs 1,500 for SC, ST, PwD and transgender candidates. For MBA (BA) it is Rs 2,000 and Rs 1,000 respectively. The fee is not refundable.
