IIM Ahmedabad Blended MBA in Business Analytics & AI: Round 1 closes 2 November 2026
IIMA's new two-year blended MBA for working professionals is taking Round 1 applications until 2 November 2026. Total programme fee is Rs 21,00,000.
IIM Ahmedabad has opened admissions to its two-year Blended MBA Programme in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (BPGP: BA & AI) for the 2027-29 batch. The Round 1 application portal opened on 5 September 2026 and the last date to submit the final application with fees is 2 November 2026.
Eligibility: a bachelor's degree or equivalent (CA, CS, ICWA or CMA) in any discipline with at least 50 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA. You also need three years of full-time work experience after a three-year degree, or two years after a four-year degree, calculated as on 31 March 2027.
Entrance requirement: a valid CAT, GMAT or GRE score from a test taken on or after 1 January 2022, or you can appear for the IIMA Admission Test for BPGP: BA & AI.
Round 1 schedule: admit card for the IIMA Admission Test on 16 November 2026, the test itself on 22 November 2026, shortlist announcement on 30 November 2026, faculty interviews from 5 to 13 December 2026, and final selection on 21 December 2026.
Fees: the application fee is Rs 2,000 if you apply with a CAT, GMAT or GRE score, and Rs 5,000 if you take the IIMA Admission Test. The total programme fee is Rs 21,00,000, paid in instalments and excluding travel and accommodation for campus modules. The first commitment fee of Rs 1,00,000 is not refundable.
A Round 2 is also listed, with the application portal opening 3 November 2026 and the final application due 20 December 2026.
Note: the key-dates table on the IIMA admissions page gives 2 November 2026 as the Round 1 final submission date, while the FAQ section on the same page lists 22 November 2026. Treat 2 November as the deadline and confirm on the application portal before you rely on the later date.
