KJSIM has introduced an Executive MBA in Leadership and Transformation. The January 2027 cohort is limited to 40 participants.

K J Somaiya Institute of Management has launched a new Executive Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Transformation, and applications are open for the January 2027 cohort.

The programme runs for 15 months on the Vidyavihar campus in Mumbai, with classes held over weekends and some courses delivered online. It is built around five modules that move from understanding how an enterprise creates value, through managing and leading across functions, to driving transformation and creating new growth. Each module carries an applied project based in the participant's own organisation, and the five projects build towards a single integrated enterprise transformation plan. Digital and AI capability is embedded across the curriculum.

Eligibility is a bachelor's degree plus at least six years of work experience after graduation, and applicants should currently be leading a team, function or business unit. Both corporate-sponsored and self-sponsored candidates are considered. Each cohort is limited to 40 participants.

Selection is by shortlisting, after which candidates complete a profile form and a statement of purpose, followed by a personal interview.

The fee is ₹15 lakh per candidate, covering tuition, examinations, course materials, labs and simulations, executive coaching, leadership assessment, library and database access, campus facilities, meals on class days, alumni membership and the graduation fee. Payment is staged: 10 per cent on admission, 40 per cent before Module 1, 25 per cent before Module 3 and 25 per cent before Module 4.

Group coaching runs across all five modules in collaboration with Leadership Management International, with an entry 360-degree assessment, six to eight facilitated group sessions and an exit 360-degree re-assessment. The programme does not include an international immersion.
