MAT December 2026 registration open; PBT closes 14 December, CBT closes 21 December

AIMA has opened registration for the December 2026 cycle of the Management Aptitude Test. The exam is offered in two modes this cycle, Paper Based Test and Computer Based Test, across 67 test cities.

For the Paper Based Test, registration closes 14 December 2026, admit cards are released 17 December 2026 and the test is held on 20 December 2026.

For the Computer Based Test, registration closes 21 December 2026, admit cards are released 24 December 2026 and the test is held on 27 December 2026.

AIMA states that MAT December 2026 results will be declared by the first week of January 2027.

If you want more than one shot, AIMA offers a concession in the registration fee when you apply for both test modes together. MAT scores are accepted by a large number of B-schools, and AIMA has added several institutes to the participating list this cycle, including NIT Silchar, VIT Vellore, Christ University School of Business and Management, BIMTECH Greater Noida and Shiv Nadar University Chennai.

What to do: register at mat.aima.in, pick your test mode and city, and complete payment ahead of the closing date for the mode you choose.
