The CAT 2025 overall percentile is the only criterion IIM Rohtak names before the interview: candidates at or above their category's minimum are invited to register, and the interview shortlist is drawn from them. The policy does not say how that shortlist is drawn. IIM Rohtak's 2026–28 merit list: CAT percentile 60%, interview 20%, and academic and gender diversity 20% together; the policy does not split the 20% between the two. Relevant work experience is assessed within the interview.
IIM Rohtak was set up by the Government of India in 2009 and runs a two-year, full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), which leads to an MBA degree, at its campus on the Southern Bypass at Sunaria, Rohtak, in Haryana. It also offers five-year integrated programmes in management and in law, and a doctoral programme in management.
